Kitty Harvey joined PMC in 2011. Previously, Ms. Harvey was an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy, obtaining the rank of Lieutenant. Ms. Harvey served in various assignments, including as ship’s assistant intelligence officer aboard USS Wasp (LHD-1), a large-deck amphibious assault ship based out of Norfolk, VA, and as an intelligence analyst in the European and Middle Eastern theaters.

Ms. Harvey holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Yale and an M.A. with honors in international relations and economics from Johns Hopkins.
