Bill Farmilo has been advising PMC in matters pertaining to patent licensing and litigation since 2014. Prior to consulting for PMC, Mr. Farmilo provided intellectual property licensing support services for over 17 years with TechInsights (formerly Semiconductor Insights). In his time with TechInsights, Mr. Farmilo performed hands-on analysis of technology in support of many successful licensing programs while progressing through the organization, ultimately overseeing the Engineering and R&D expansion of TechInsights into a global operation consisting of engineering offices on 3 continents. Mr. Farmilo has served as a guest lecturer for the Telfer school of business at the University of Ottawa.
 
Mr. Farmilo has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University in Canada.
